Sequence and bracing
Wall panels should be installed in the sequence shown on the drawings or schedule. Brace as you go so panels stay plumb and safe before the roof structure ties everything together.
Corners and openings need particular care. Check that panels are plumb and square before permanent fixing.
Joints and fixings
Apply adhesive and fixings as specified. Missed glue lines or inconsistent fixing spacing can create movement, air leakage, and weak points.
Clean excess adhesive where needed, but do not remove material that is forming the required bond line.
