Check before fitting
Most install issues start with a base that is out of level, out of square, or different from the agreed dimensions. Check diagonals, overall length, width, and level before setting out.
Do not assume the slab or deck is correct because it looks close. Small errors at the base can become larger problems at roof level.
Set a clear datum
Mark a datum and panel start point before lifting panels. This gives the team one agreed reference rather than adjusting each panel by eye.
If you are installing onto concrete, confirm damp proofing, fixing method, and sole plate details before panels are fitted.
