Joint quality
Splines and glue lines help panels act together. A dry, missing, or poorly fitted joint can lead to movement, gaps, and reduced performance.
Make sure joint faces are clean, dry, and aligned before adhesive is applied.
Fixing checks
Fixing type, spacing, and edge distances should follow the project details. Do not substitute fixings without checking first.
If a panel has been damaged near a joint, photograph it and ask for guidance before installing.
