Before roof panels go on
Check wall alignment, beam positions, and any structural supports before lifting roof panels. Roof panels should not be used to pull walls into shape.
If there are openings, hips, valleys, or special cuts, confirm the panel orientation against the drawings before fixing.
Weather protection
Roof panels should be protected as soon as practical. Temporary weathering may be needed if the permanent covering is not installed straight away.
Follow the roof covering manufacturer guidance for membranes, kerbs, edge trims, and laps.
